Woman gets jail for stealing ID to pay for $20,000 breast lift and tummy tuck

A woman who used another person’s identity to get a $20,000 “Mommy Makeover” breast lift and tummy tuck operation in Greenbrae was sentenced to nine months in county jail Wednesday.
