MANILA, Philippines—Dance icons Terri and Laly Aldeguer—of the swinging legs and head thrusts—are back in town after a 10-year hiatus in the US, where they established The Aldeguer Sisters Performing Arts Center. It drew second- and third- generation Fil-Am children whose parents were students of the famous pair.
