A 15-year-old boy said to have delivered a baby by Caesarean section to try to set a record as the world’s youngest surgeon surrendered in Tamil Nadu after 10 days in hiding, the police said. His parents, both doctors, were arrested last month. They are suspected of supervising their son in the operation on a 20-year-old woman. The police charged the three with endangering human life….
