ALBUQUERQUE (AP) - An Albuquerque doctor accused of injecting patients with fake Botox has pleaded guilty to a felony charge of misbranding a drug. Mark Van Wormer entered his plea Thursday in federal court after reaching a plea deal with prosecutors. He will be sentenced in the next two weeks.
