As a teen, Keith Jackson Jr. had a job stacking tires at a warehouse. At the University of Arkansas, he stacked up ballcarriers as an All-Southeastern Conference defensive tackle. Over the next couple of months, Jackson will learn how he stacks up as an NFL prospect.
