Elaine Sarubbi hardly ever gets ice cream during the week. But with temperatures inching toward the triple digits on Monday, the West Caldwell resident couldn’t resist indulging her sweet tooth. “I’m dying,” she groaned, as she waited at the counter of Applegate Farm in East Hanover.
