Fernando and Elizabeth Gavilanes have lost so much weight from their bariatric surgeries that their wedding rings don’t fit anymore. Their weight loss is amazing - Fernando used to wear size 53 pants but now wears a 38 - but the struggle after the surgery is hardly a breeze.
