Alicia Santizo was a regular at the Anthem office of Dr. Peter Normann, her son said. The 41-year-old Gilbert woman had two liposuction procedures and breast implants before planning to have fat injections in her buttocks and a third liposuction on her hips on April 25 at the Normann Medical Group.
