Months of speculation about whether Palm Beach County’s most prominent amateur wrestling booster would be snared in a New York steroid investigation ended Friday when Joe Raich was charged with 28 counts of illegally selling steroids, testosterone and other dangerous hormones through his Jupiter-based Palm Beach Rejuvenation Center.
