STAAR Surgical Submits Application to FDA for the Visian Toric ICL

Manufacturer announced that it has submitted a Pre-Market Approval supplement to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for its Visian ICL, a toric implantable collamer lens designed to treat both nearsightedness and astigmatism.
