A judge has extended an order prohibiting release of a 1994 videotape documenting breast augmentation surgery for Anna Nicole Smith. Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff issued a preliminary injunction Friday against Gerald Wayne Johnson, the Texas doctor who performed the surgery.
