Valve problem led to anhydrous ammonia release (Benson News-Sun)

While the smell was strong and might have caused some burning of the eyes, nose and throat, Apache Nitrogen Products, Inc. officials said the anhydrous ammonia leak on Thursday will have no long-term effect on residents.
