Two local nurses passed a first-of-its-kind exam for certification in the internationally fast-growing specialty - bariatric medicine and surgery. Sandra Hauboldt and Pattie Steen, both registered nurses and certified bariatric nurses, work at Citizens Medical Center’s Bariatric Center.
