Allergan Enters New Market With Esprit (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

Allergan Inc., which makes eye care products and the Botox anti-wrinkle injection, said Wednesday the $370 million acquisition of Esprit Pharma Inc. marks its entrance into the growing overactive bladder treatment market.
