Florida Couple Settles Bad Botox Lawsuit (CBS4 Miami)

A couple injected with an unapproved botulism toxin instead of the anti-wrinkle drug Botox has settled a civil lawsuit with the supplier of the raw toxin, but the terms of the settlement have not been disclosed.
