At a recent Valley View School Board meeting, Superintendent Joseph Daley and high school Principal James Timmons commended the district for raising more than $5,000 to contribute to a fund for 8-year-old Jakub Argonish, son of slain Pennsylvania Guardsman Sgt. Jan Argonish.
