Toronto - The coroner’s office is investigating the death of a woman after she underwent cosmetic surgery at a private clinic. CTV reported 37-year-old Krista Stryland, a successful real estate agent, underwent a liposuction operation at the Toronto Cosmetic Clinic last Thursday.
