MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. — A man who said another man bit off part of his nose during a bar fight is recovering from plastic surgery. Edgar Hellar said 34-year-old Michael Brant Tustin also tried to gouge out his eyeball during a fight last week at the Travelers Bar in Marshall County.
