Power Medical Expects IPO to Raise $43M (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

Surgical instruments maker Power Medical Interventions Inc. expects to raise $43 million after expenses from its planned initial public offering, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Tuesday.
