Regulators OK $370M Allergan Acquisition (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

Antitrust regulators cleared Allergan Inc.’s $370 million purchase of Esprit Pharma Inc., a privately-held company that sells overactive bladder treatments, the Federal Trade Commission said Wednesday.
