Help with health insurance enrollment and medical and dental preventive care assistance is available through UMass Memorial Health Care, Worcester Community Action Council, 484 Main St., Worcester, from 1 to 4 p.m. Nov. 20. UMass Memorial financial counselors are also able to do applications over the phone between 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at (508) 334-9300.
