Even in challenging economic times, patients throughout America, including South Florida, continue to get their nips and tucks. The annual report of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery reveals that in 2007 cosmetic procedures for women increased by 1 percent from 2006 while cosmetic procedures for men were up 17 percent.
