Kanye West’s late mother Donda is to be honored by executives at charity Shine On Sierra Leone - they’re naming a new library after her. The Donda West Library + Literacy Center is set to be opened this autumn in Bongema, Sierra Leone and will serve students at the local Muddy Lotus Primary school.
